Three-year Warranty
To offer the best possible support and service to our customers, we offer a three-year warranty on all of our products listed below. The products that are not covered by this continue to have the standard 12-month warranty period.
For both the 12-month and three-year warranties, non-consumable parts and labour are covered on a return-to-factory basis. This warranty is not transferable and does not affect your standard rights as a customer.
Parts excluded from the three-year warranty
All consumable items, such as targets and critical point dryer bonded seals, are excluded. Items such as rotary pumps, turbomolecular pumps and film thickness monitor modules carry the manufacturer's own 12-month warranty. Details are clearly outlined in the warranty information sheet supplied with each product.
How to register
If your product is eligible for the three-year warranty, you have six months from the point of purchase in which you can register it using our online Three-year Warranty Registration Form. This will then extend your initial 12-month warranty by an additional two years - absolutely free of charge.
Alternatively, you can register using the 'fax back' or 'mail back' Extended Warranty Registration Form enclosed with the product at time of receipt.
We ask that you register on our site before you can fill in our Three-year Warranty Registration Form.

As a representative of the original purchaser, I would like to take advantage of the free additional two years' warranty on parts and labour. I understand that this only applies to the product and not consumables or any other equipment which may have been supplied with my order but that are excluded from this warranty extension.
I further understand and agree that, during the two-year additional warranty period, the full shipping costs for returning products for repair, and any repaired items or replacement parts being shipped to me, will be paid by my organisation. I also agree that Quorum Technologies may substitute new or repaired 'as new' items for defective parts as they see fit.
Finally, I understand that Quorum Technologies will advise me, before undertaking the repair, of any costs involving consumable parts.
