Leave M20 at Junction 10 (Signposted Ashford International Rail Station)

If travelling South from London get in the right hand A2070 lane, turning right and crossing over the M20 take the first left exit- A2070 - continuing direction of International Rail Station.

If travelling North toward London from Channel tunnel or Dover take 1st exit left on Junction 10.

Straight over at second roundabout (2nd exit) continue for approx 1.5km

Turn right at third roundabout (3rd exit) continue for approx 1 km - stay in left-hand lane all the way along the Romney Marsh Road to next (4th) Roundabout (Large tent like shopping mall on right) - go straight over roundabout but stay in left hand lane.

Continue on left-hand side as road will divide taking you to the left, continue for 300 meters pass International Rail Station on right - to next (5th) Roundabout, take first left hand exit. Signposted as a cul-de-sac (BP petrol station on right)

Now in Beaver Road - take 2nd turn on the left - immediately before the rising bollards in the road - this is South Stour Avenue.

Emitech Building is approx. 50 meters along on the left.
